On the 19-20^th of April, 2013 Al-Farabi KazNU will host The Third International Student Forum "Green Bridge through generations", dedicated to the discussion of Global Energy and Ecological Strategy for Sustainable Development in the XXI century and “Green Bridge” program initiated by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev.

The main purpose of the forum is to engage students into the process of promoting the "green economy" and create a platform for student organizations’ interaction and experience exchange to implement environmental initiatives.

The forum program includes:

 The plenary sessions;

 Panel sessions in the following areas:

• “The role of student organizations in the development of the movement of "green "universities";
• “Problems of student environmental culture’s formation";

 Round table on the topic "Ways to promote "green economy" through students’ perception"

 Training on the topic: "Development and implementation of student environmental projects and initiatives."
